Mzonke Maloney (born January 13, 1992) better known by the stage name CHUCK MALONEY, is a South African, Los Angeles based rapper. He debuted his freshman project When Summer Ends in 2013 under the former alias Dusty Chucks, and later that year released his sophmore project; Sleepy, Paranoid & OCD- both garnered a substantial amount of notoriety
He is also well known for his debut single For Dilla, which featured on When Summer Ends and recieved placement on HYPE Magazine (Dec 2013) earning him an article with Paradigm Magazine and other various music blogs.
Chuck met BRIAN O'HAZE, a Johannesburg native Producer & Engineer, in film school and the pair along with Pretoria native LETHABO KOTSEDI started the KODE enterprise. Belgium native Producer PHARO joined the roster after the successsful release of When Summer Ends and the collective continue to work on Chuck's debut album; FINDING A.B.E.
In February 2015, Maloney revealed that after changing his former alias he would indepedantly release his debut album: Finding A Better Ending under the alias Chuck Maloney this Spring 2015.
